Help us help you faster
- For a tool problem: tell us which tool, what you did, and what you expected. A screenshot of the error helps a lot.
- For GST E-commerce: mention the marketplace, the report name and the month. Please do not email full reports with customer data unless we ask; a description or a few anonymised lines is usually enough.
- For a guide: link to the guide and the sentence you think needs changing, with the source if you have one.
- For your account or personal data: write from the email address of your account, so we can confirm it is you.
When to expect a reply
We usually reply within two working days. Grievances about personal data are acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 15 days, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
